C Consulting is more than a business to me—it’s the place where the many parts of my life have come together.
I grew up on a ranch, where I learned early the value of hard work, grit, and resilience. Those lessons stayed with me as I built a corporate career that spans nearly 20 years in utilities and construction, navigating fast-paced industries and complex organizations. Each experience sharpened my ability to bring order to chaos, build structure, and find clarity where others saw only noise.
Teaching the next generation of leaders in construction has been one of my greatest joys. In the classroom, I see firsthand how curiosity, courage, and strong foundations set people up for success. That passion inspired me to grow a leadership academy on our college campus, helping students develop not just as professionals, but as people ready to lead with integrity.
Across all of these spaces, I’ve found value in seeking the common thread of humanity—listening to each person’s perspective, honoring their point of view, and weaving those insights into strategies that lead to real success. Because in the end, it takes all kinds of people to make a plan work.
This firm is the culmination of those chapters—ranch life, corporate experience, teaching, and leadership development—colliding into one venture. We don’t just design strategies; we cultivate clarity, strengthen teams, and help organizations thrive in the face of change.
